Wow, I purchased this for myself and my mother as it is meant to be beneficial for your skin and contains the rare, essential omega 7. A week after starting, both my mother and I noticed a slight (2 kilogram) weight loss without any dietary changes. This was completely unexpected! It undoubtedly seems good for you, leading me to believe that some larger claims, like weight loss, might actually hold true. I will definitely try this again! *Update*: After four months, I ran out briefly and didn’t notice any negative effects, but upon resuming, I observed an excellent improvement in my skin and overall energy. This truly works wonders and harmonises the body.

Sea Buckthorn and weight loss — I believe I have lost weight, as my clothes are somewhat too big now. However, I dislike that I must take them two hours after eating and one hour before eating, meaning three hours without food or juice.
